Create Your CNA365 Account
Create an account with our online CNA365 system to register for screening by clicking the "Sign Up" link on the login page. You will require to submit an application for testing in order to sign up for tests.

If you have actually formerly tested the National Nurse Aide Assessment Exam through the Northern Regional Testing Center (NRTC), when you create a CNA365 account, all of the information from your previous NNAAP examinations will rollover to your Credentia CNA365 account.
